

The YELLOW MOUNTAIN CROSS COUNTRY is a TWO day event consistingof approximately 220kms each day. It is run the first weekend of August each year. In 2010 it will be held on the 7th and 8th August.
Racing between the townships of Condobolin and Tottenham in western NSW, it is run as an Interclub between the two MNSW Motocycle clubs of Tottenham and Condobolin.
The track is marked by arrows and the terrain consists of open red soil plains to snotty mallee trails to rocky hills. Two fuel stops are provided. Your fuel containers will be transported to the two fuel stops but you have to arrange for your 3rd fuel container and swag to be transported to Condobolin. If there is a problem see Clerk of Course. Camping facilities are available at Condobolin & Tottenham, showers, firewood supplied, and canteen. Canteen will run with hot food, drinks available. Breakfast is available from 6.00am Saturday and Sunday. A buffet meal will be served on Saturday evening at the Condobolin Motocross Track. Please indicate number of meals needed for Saturday night on your Entry Form.
As the event is run on private properties, unregistered bikes that comply with MNSW GCCR's are eligible to race.
Each year the race starts and finishes alternately at either Tottenham or Condo. 2010 Race starts and finishes at Tottenham.
Entries are limited to 200 riders.
Provision is made for riders of average to skilled levels when marking out the track, but riders need to be of reasonable fitness to complete the race.
A friendly and cordial atmosphere is created by both clubs and riders are made welcome with the emphasis on safety, fun and the satisfaction of completing the journey both ways and finishing the race.
